Exchange & Return policy:

We are dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and hassle-free with us.

Please take the time to try out all the jewellery you have received. If you still decide on returning, we are happy to help you out with your return and refund process without any questions asked. 

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

3. Email us at rajivkotak2405@gmail.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
4. Shipping amount is non-refundable.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing your order.

You can exchange an item purchased on www.radhikafashionaccessories.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
