Shipping Policy

Packaging:
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in plastic pouches multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. 
Shipping:
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time. 

For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support.
Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Delivery:
Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same. 

It usually takes 2-5 working days for the domestic orders to get delivered. 

All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm EST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.

Standard Shipping Charges: 

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available at the moment

Prepaid:

• Orders above Rs. 1199/- enjoy free shipping

For prepaid orders below Rs. 1199/- a shipping charge of Rs150/- is levied.
